Paul Britton is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Capstone. Mr. Britton today runs the overall strategy and direction of Capstone.
With a background trading across global options and derivatives markets, Mr. Britton began his career with Saratoga Limited trading options on London’s LIFFE exchange in 1994 and co-founded the private trading partnership Mako Global Derivatives in 1999. Subsequently, Mr. Britton bought the U.S. operations of the Mako Group to form Capstone in 2004, managing partners’ capital initially as a proprietary trading group. Capstone Investment Advisors was formed and opened to external capital in 2007 as a hedge fund seeking to capitalize on perceived inefficiencies in the pricing of volatility across global derivatives markets.
